Sunit is an Executive Leader, Mentor, Life Skills Coach, Board Trustee, and Welfare Officer dedicated to assisting, motivating, and guiding the younger generation to become better versions of themselves. Sunit has a background in senior leadership positions spanning several years at IBM and Red Hat, particularly in leadership, business strategy, mentoring and relationship management.

After my first meeting with the JHF team, I felt a strong alignment with their mission and values. I am eager to leverage my extensive experience to contribute to the local community alongside like-minded individuals. The Senior Leadership Team at JHF share my commitment to nurturing holistic development and resilience in children and young people. At JHF, mentoring is not just a job; it is a passion. This dedication resonates with me deeply, and I am enthusiastic about being part of such a driven and compassionate team.

Things I love

Spending quality time with my wife & 2 daughters (21 & 18), helping others, holidays abroad, cricket, golf, LFC & supporting Bristol Bears Rugby as a avid season ticket holder.
