About Me

I grew up in Clevedon and returned to my hometown after having my children. My career has taken many paths ranging from TV production to the Police Force and Children’s Social Care. While my journey has been varied my core focus has always been to support others, especially young people.  I have a full motorbike license although sadly don’t currently own a bike and I am a campanologist (a term I have only just discovered for Bell ringer!).

Why team JHF

On discovering JHF It was like everything clicked into place, with their vision, mission and values aligning with mine. I have always loved working with young people and find it so rewarding and varied. The team is supportive, friendly and bubbly and the fact they are based in my hometown, it is meant to be!

Things I love

My family and my pets, Ruby the labradoodle and Kenny the kitten. I love colour and have a varied wardrobe dressing depending on my mood for the day. I love building Lego (I collect the Harry Potter sets), reading and travelling when I can. My favourite day would be spent in Disney Land with a three course Italian meal in the evening and maybe a trip to the cinema if I hadn’t already fallen asleep!
