About me

I have worked with young people for many years at the children’s hospital and then in education. I am passionate about supporting mental health in children and adults and I am a Mental Health First Aider. I am also a mum of 2 teenage girls and a cat parent.

Why Team JHF

I adore JHF’s ethos of support for children that are struggling, I love working with young people and their families and I find it hugely rewarding. No day at work is ever the same and I get to spend time with some amazing young people doing fab activities such as basketball, crazy golf, bowling and BBQ’s on the beach.

Things I love

I like to craft, I will have a go at anything but love crocheting, macrame, resin and papercrafts. I also love my cat and spending time on the beach with my family.
