About Me

I’m originally from East Anglia, but I’ve lived in Weston-super-Mare with my family for more than 20 years. I love being close to the coast and spending time outdoors, whether that’s taking a cold-water dip in the marine lake or heading out for a walk in the local woods.
I’ve travelled extensively and really enjoy discovering new cultures and meeting people from all walks of life. One of my favourite places is New Zealand, as it has so many of the things I love—lots of snow for skiing, incredible scenery, amazing wildlife, and a relaxed way of life.

Why Team JHF

Having previously worked with families of children with additional needs, I’m passionate about helping young people feel heard, valued, and supported to thrive. What I love about JHF is that everyone shares the same commitment to making a positive difference in young people’s lives, which makes it such a rewarding place to work.

What I Love

In my twenties, I was a bit of an adrenaline seeker and enjoyed activities such as bungee jumping, skydiving, abseiling, and climbing. These days, I’ve developed a passion for sewing and making lampshades—creative hobbies that are a far cry from my adrenaline-seeking days but a fun way of keeping my feet firmly on the ground!
