About me

I’ve worked in finance and accountancy since leaving school, mostly within corporate organisations. After reaching a point where I’d had enough of that world, I was thrilled to join the JHF – and I genuinely love what I do here.

I’ve been profoundly deaf since birth. Communication can be challenging at times, but I do my best to navigate those moments and find ways round them.

Why team JHF?

I’m in awe of the work the JHF does – providing mentoring and tutoring support to vulnerable children who need it most. Being part of a team that makes a meaningful difference fills me with pride.

Things I love

I love spending time with my family, going for walks, and heading off on holidays whenever I can. In my spare time, I enjoy crocheting and cross-stitching. I also really enjoy visiting retirement homes and local markets to meet people and sell cards – it’s such a lovely way to connect with others.
