About me
I have always enjoyed being around children and young people and am currently working as a teaching assistant, which I love. I am, however, keen to progress and try new things and will soon be embarking on a play therapy course which I hope to make use of both at school and with JHF. I have two daughters and a son, who keep me busy at home, as well as a husband, a cat and a dog!
Why team JHF?
I was drawn to the JHF after hearing about all the wonderful things they do to support young people. I had been looking into doing some voluntary work and the JHF seemed to fit my needs perfectly. As a mentor, I love knowing that I am making a positive difference to someone’s life.
Things I love
jogging, yoga, chocolate, Disney, art, reading, coffee and cake! Not necessarily in that order!
